For a change-of-mind return, cancellation or address change, contact us as soon as possible. Eligibility and the available options depend on the circumstances, product condition and order progress. Do not assume that a request has been accepted until you receive confirmation.

Before returning an item

Wait for confirmation of the return address, packaging instructions and any applicable shipping arrangements. Use only the return address provided for your request.
