At checkout we ask for the contact, billing and delivery details needed to process and deliver your order. Your cart records the products, pack sizes and quantities you select.
Contact messages
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your contact details (such as your name, email address or phone number) and your message so we can review and respond to your enquiry. WhatsApp is provided by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies. Please don't send payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information this way.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to process and deliver orders, communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries and protect the store from misuse.
Website operation and service providers
Our store runs on a hosted e-commerce platform. Cookies and similar storage support features such as your cart and checkout. Hosting and security services may process technical data such as network addresses and request logs. When you choose a payment or delivery service at checkout, that provider processes the information it needs, and its own privacy notice applies.
Your privacy requests
To ask about the information linked to your order or a previous message, or to request a correction or deletion, email support@getkeko.com with the relevant email address and, where applicable, your order number. We may ask for details to verify your request, and we balance requests against records we need to keep for orders, security and legal obligations.
